Application and Registration

Application is closed as of 1 September 2014.

Selection criteria
After the application has closed on the 1st of September, a selection will be made which is based on the following criteria:
- EAU membership.  If you are not an EAU member you will not be selected for the masterclass.
- First come – first served (maximum of 40 participants)

Registration
By 17 September you will receive a definite confirmation by email if you have, or have not been selected to participate in the masterclass.

The course, 1 night hotel accommodation based on single use, coffee breaks and one lunch are included in the registration and covered by the European School of Urology.
Please note that the dinner, extra night hotel accommodation and travel costs are for your own expenses.

Cancellation of registration
The deadline for cancellation is 1 October 2014

Cancellations should be sent by e-mail to esu@uroweb.org before 1 October 2014. When cancelling after 1 October 2014 your credit card will be charged the full amount of € 375.
